Just got my TS server is up and running and got myself in and registered.
My one channel is (RMD)
My name is (R SA AO AV)

When a new clan member comes in they are always (U) no matter what we've tried.
In the Server Admin I have the Anonymous permissions set for grant allow registration. They can register and have is accepted but when they leave the room and come back it always show (U) and I have ot active voice every time. I've even tried as Admin to register them with the same results.

I've even tried adding them in the Server Admin page but that doesn't stick either.
In the Server Admin page I can to the the User Mgr and see that they are registered but never shows them as ever logging in.....nor when they come in they are always shown as (u)

HELP!!!! I've read the manuel a bazillion times and am currently clueless...

Thanks in advance

Do they know how to use TS? They may be resisted but not know how to configure the local address book and log into the server.

They login with an icon we made up that takes them right into the server.

Here it it:
teamspeak://xx.xxx.x.xx:8767/nickname=Dan?password=xxx
Mine as server admin is:
teamspeak://192.168.1.100:8767/nickname=Mike?loginname=Mike?password=XXXXXX
My IP address is the routers
My friends IP address is the internet address

If I go into the Server Admin and go to user manager and add them them as a client (with name and password) won't they enter registered?

We've also tried registering them while we're in the client side. It would show "registered (R) but when they go out and come back in it changes to (U)

I figured it out.

I changed their client icon URL to read:

teamspeak://192.168.1.100:8767/nickname=Mike?loginname=Mike?password=XXXXX

Their last login finally also shows correctly in the Server Admin user manager
