Help with ts

I play everquest and use ts with push to talk activated. While the game is up i have to keep my ts box behind the gamescreen and click the ts box then push to talk is there a way to fix this or is it vista causeing the problem. Everyone else in my ts can shrink and talk. please help

Do run as admin, when you right click on TS or one suggestion was to make TS full screen then play the game.
