can some on help me to get a program
where you can open more teamspeak server ?
where you dont have to colse one teamspeak to get a antora server
i need the program where you can have more teamspeak open!
more teamspeak cliants open! i hope you can help me!

I know a "loader" which disable the single start of TeamSpeak, but I don't know, I think thats Illegal.

Since this "loader" does not manipulate the TeamSpeak 2 executable itself, I don't think it's illegal. But I'm not an EULA expert.

Hit a search for MultiTS (I believe that's what it's called) on Google.

Just grab an old version. The quick search that I did found the illegal ways and the legal ways were creating another user and grabbing old version. No loader programs were found.
