TSTools : QueryPort Proxy and Admin GUI

Hi,

I'm publishing a beta of the tools I've coded (http://forum.teamspeak.com/showthread.php?t=41360) :
- TSProxy
- TSAdmin

Proxy is a QueryPort console that add a workarround for this bug (http://forum.teamspeak.com/showthread.php?t=40635)

Admin is a basic GUI Admin using QueryPort or proxy.

Requirements :
- Windows : Framework .NET 2.0
- Other : Mono 1.2.6
TSAdmin may not work on Mono (not fully tested)

I get some sort of error when trying to refresh. The list of channels and players never appears.
