I've started my own TS2 Server some time ago, it worked all great instandly. But now after some time, people are getting the error that the server is online. This is not the case! I've re-started the server and I've restarted my whole computer. After I left and re-joined I also got the same error, while my internet connection is fine, everything is working as usual.

Sometimes people can connect, but thats like 1 time in 40 tries.

All ports are accepted in my firewall, the error even stays when I put it off.
All ports are forwarded in my router. (I also restarted the router)

When I did a connection test for my server it said there was something wrong with de UDP port.

What can I do to get the server back to normall, and fix the connection problems?

Are you connected to your router wirelessly?

Nope, just a cable. LAN connection is fine, never had any trouble with that.

EDIT: I've been able to fix the problem for a friend of mine.

I added TS2 and the UDP port to his accepted list on his firewall.

Still it needs fixing since I can't force all users of my server to do that, just because something happened at my computer.

Which firewall do you have?

What does the rule state for the TS udp port?

I am using the default windows firewall, besides that I am using AVG 7.5 as a anti-virus.

What do you mean with: "What does the rule state for the TS udp port?" ?

Out or in
udp and/or Tcp
source address
destination address
local port
remote port

In the windows firewall I've excepted the UDP port 8767.

In my router I've forwarded:

Protocol: UDP
Local IP adress: 192.168.2.11
Local port: 8767
remote port: 8767

Haven't got more information.

The thing is, I haven't changed any firewall settings so I don't see what caused the problem.
