Hi,
i would like to install ts server on my QNAP ts-209 (i dont know if i can
do that and how).
Any experience about that ?
Tnx for any suggestion...
You need to get a hold of a patched firmware for it. You most likely will lose whatever features that it currently holds and other things. You will need ssh or telnet access to it to install ts. Lastly, you will need some type of emulator as TS2 has a limited support for different architecture.
To some everything up. It is better just not to install it on your NAS and install it on your computer. Messing with NAS firmware is not for the inexperienced.

Yes, i know that is not easy to do it, i should have ts's source code
in order to compile it for my OS, but i think ts will not give source code away.
So i was wish that ts will compile it also for qnap's users...
I cannot leave my pc light on h24...

You can use a emulator to run ts. I do not want to tell you too much more because you need to do a lot of research for it or you will brick you nas.

Tnx for reply, but i don't understand if you really experienced on it
(are u able to do it, did u try it, ...)
Or just suggesting to find out more information ?
Thanks again
It has been done, but you need to use an emulation program. I did it with a different NAS and another person on this forum did it with a different type.
