We're three friends using teamspeak. Everibody use windows xp.
The host (1) uses a wireless network with a routher @ 7 mbps;
one joiner (2) uses a 20 mbps wireless provided by a hag and
the other joiner (3) uses a 4 mbps cable dls.

When 1 hosts and 2 logs in, everithing is ok.
When 1 host and 3 logs alone, everything is ok too.
When 1 hosts, 2 logs and 3 logs, 3 always crash after a few minutes.
When 1 hosts, 3 logs and 2 logs, 3 always crash after a few minutes.

This crash seems not to depend on the logging order, but simply by the presence of 2 and 3 on the server: when 2 is present, joiner 3 (not the third joiner, but always the same person that we named 3) crashes!

Sometimes we got some guests on the server but their presence does not cause any trouble.
It seems just like there is a sort of conflict between players 2 and 3.
Everything is fine too if 3 hosts.

Any suggestion?

3 is the only one that is connected with a wire. Wireless is not ideal for TS.

The host (1) uses a wireless network with a routher @ 7 mbps;

that's fault nr1

one joiner (2) uses a 20 mbps wireless provided by a hag

That's fault nr2

Be wired atleast as host or dont host.
No matter how fast your wireless is, wireles is prone to dropping packages and when it needs to send out more, it will loose more packets.

So either live with it or get wired.
