User connection issues.

Okay I've had this server up for about 4-5 months, and today for some reason, when anybody connects they get booted in about 5-10 seconds, with the welcome message 'connection timed out'.

it is very odd, I've rebooted teamspeak, reinstalled it, rebooted the server all of which have resulted in the same outcome. I'm sure its not a client issue, as it is happening to 6-7 guys all at the same time, I've also tried it on both my pc and mac with the same result again.

as far as I can tell the server is not under a heavy load, and all other server duties are fine.

Have you tried rebooting your router?

no, its a dedicated server somewhere, dont have access to the router
