I am unable to unmute myself. I can change my able/disable headphones and away/present setting, but not for my mic. When I right click on my name in channel, there is a red dot over the mute/unmute mic box.
I have also tried to switch from Wave to Direct. After I hit apply, the box closes. When I reopen it, its back on Wave.
Channel and server admins have been unable to clear this by muting and unmuting me.
Help, please.
