I had team speak working for about a day then I installed crysis and then team speak would not work. Then Crysis did not work. I redid my c drive by re-doing windows XP and got crysis installed. but when I installed teamspeak I get the TDsoundout error. I have reinstalled my sound card (audigy 2 sound blaster) and I have upgraded the sound card driver.

here is the kicker.....

other people just have to open up the team speak window to make changes but when I click...all it does is go down into my task bar (right hand bottom corner) and all I can click on is connect, quick connect, show, hide and quit.
the only one that does something is quit.
I NEVER get an actual WINDOW OPENING UP!

PLEASE HELP
my e-mail if you wish to leave a direct reply is
****

I would prefer a direct e-mail but it you cannot e-mail me then a reply here is appreciated

thank you

Does it help if you delete the configfile? (%APPDATA%/teamspeak2/TeamSpeak.Conf)

You my friend are a genius! it worked like a charm!

I have read a LOT of posts and replies on this problem and you are the FIRST to come up with this solution and it worked GREAT!

I uninstalled teamspeak, I then found the config.teamspeak and deleted it.
I then created a whole new folder wwith a different name (whatever you want) and then installed teamspeak client and tried it and it worked!
it worked, it worked!

thank you so very much!
you were my first reply to my problem and you solved it right away so I am VERY grateful and appreciative!
have a great day and keep up the good work!

Sincerely
