vista Sp 1??

I have a laptop that I use for TS serveral days ago I updated and went to SP1 now all of a sudden TS does not work at all. It may be a coinsidence who knows but it is not working now? After the SP 1 update it worked for several days with no problems !!

When i log into TS i can hear the voice member joined switched channel all of that comes in fine but I can not hear any of the other people on TS. They can hear me but it is silent on my end.

I can play music and video thru the speakers no problem so I know the sound works. I can see the green lights light up when others try to speak but again no sound.

I have reinstalled/ uninstalled went thru all of the settings, system resotred everyting i can think of all with no luck.


any suggestions?

Check to make sure that the output devices is correctly selected. And switching direct to wave or the wave to direct.

Ts>settings>options.

i can hear the program itself when i switch channels, but still can not hear speech, thanks but that did not help any more suggestions?

still no luck, could it be a port?? why is it blocking other people and the program is fine when i switch channels i can hear that?? man if anyone has any clue please let me know !!!

nothing in device mgr all looks good, i have it running now and i can hear when people join and they can hear me i juct cant hear them LOL

what about bad codecs every time i uninstall and than reinstall my servers are still there and no new codecs are installed??? what about a complete uninstall??

TS >setting>sound input/output>>output volume. What level do you have it on?
