Can't acces to server

Hi to all, at first thanks in advance by the help you might give to me. Sorry about my english but I'm spanish.
Well I'm trying to follow the instructions of this tutorial

But when it says:
Now for the cool part. The TS server has its own built in mini webserver. In order to access it we need to type in http://yourservernameorIPhere.com:14534

I give a msg in my browser wich says ther must be problems on server. Server must be temporarily unavailable .

Thats a server that I'm paying and I haven't so much acces, I installed it by SHH and upload files by FTP.

What can I do now?

I just followed the mentioned tuto.

Do you have the ts server running? I see everything else running but none of the default ts ports are open.

Well, I'm sure that process is running, when I try to launch it it gives to me the PID and say it's already running. Maybe the ports are closed, what can I do to open them?

Do you have firewall? Do the ports need to be forwarded? You need to ask these questions to the people that are hosting the system for you.
