Error Starting Daemon..

Ok i've been having this problem with teamspeak for the past 2-3 weeks and just start trying to get it working again recently..
Also I am on a VPS, with CentOS 5

teamspeak@Paradox [~/tss2_rc2]# ls

Now in server.log it outputs the following:

Have you tried creating a new server config? Delete the server.dbs and start TS and it should create a new dbs file.

Your current server file might be corrupted.
