Right click?

Ok so i heard that if a hacker comes in your team speak sever and you right click to mute/ban or some other command they can run a script to hack your sever. So i was wondering if this was true and if so how can we prevent it?

Make sure to update your client. So if should fall for the combination then it would make a box pop up and ask "are you sure."
