Ehhm, read faq, use search and try to activate your brain.

After you did this your server will work :-)

What is a restore point and what does it do?

A restore point "does exactly what it says on the tin".
Allows you to restore to a point in time and space (well dont no about space, but sounds good).

Think he wants a company that allows him to make a backup of his TS server.

Just use the TS2 Backup Utilty.

I was just wondering what he wanted it to do and how much. If he wanted a backup to backup his server that is one thing, but if he was asking for a service on a hosted server that keeps restore points and a certain number of them then that is different. The other thing is if he wants it automated.
