Cant access the webadmin part of server

I have fixed the problem for admin by allowing the port. But now i cannot connect to my TS server. I enabled the 8767 port in the firewall. The server also says its running

But when i go into TS and type 205.234.108.43:8767. it wont connect

I dont know why i cant connect to the TS server, everything looks right.

You have to use the lan ip instead of the wan ip to connect.

Ok i found this IP and i have connected now.

When i make a new admin in web section and try to login with it i get this error:

[04:06:51] This user is already logged in on the server

Even thou the server is empty. I can login as a non registered user but i get that error everytime i try login to TS as admin.

I even tried stopping and starting the server but i still get the error.
