[HELP]Output problem with Vista Ultimate 64bit

I'm an Italian player o CS:S and I've a problem with TS2.
I've tried to configure my client but I still have a problem with the output sound.
My friends can ear me but I can't ear them.
I've tried all the possible configuration but nothing changed.
I've a P5B DeLuxe-Integrated sound card.

Who can help me?
