user tss cant start TS..

I have created a user for TS, and ts2perlmod, but i cant start the server..

See attached picture.. Root can do all, but the user has all whites... I chowned and chmodded to no avail..
Any help would be appreciated, since im quite stuck now...



PS, dont mind the text in the white fields.. That io put in for my host

What is the path of this folder?

[Katana*GFR*]

/home/tss/tss2_rc2
/home/tss/ts2perlmod

I always use to run from this location.
The server is brand new and i still need to install vim also...

It uses CentOS
