sqlite.dll missing?

Downloaded the server client and tried to run it. Won't open. Checked the server log, says I am missing sqlite.dll. Say-wha'?

In the meantime, apparently I should have an 'sqlite' folder in my Teamspeak directory, since I was reading the MySql tutorial someone had posted on this forum. After uninstalling and reinstalling, I still have no 'sqlite' folder.
