My computer (computer A) cannot access my own TS server, while others on the same LAN as I am can. My server is on the same LAN as computer A. It is hosted on a Windows 98SE and computer A is running Windows XP SP2. Another XP SP2 I am using can access the server fine, and it seems like no other computers can access computer A... I have tried pinging computer A with all the other computers on my LAN, but to no avail. Computer A cannot ping other computers, and they cannot ping computer A. However, computer A's My Network Places works fine. I am also hosting a web site on my TS server, and computer A can access it perfectly. I have disabled my firewall (COMODO) and I am behind a Belkin 54g router. I am baffled, and have no idea of what to do next. Any help is appreciated!

(I have searched all over and haven't found an answer. If you have, please post the link!)
Thanks!

If you mean the computer that is currently hosting the server cannot connect you need to type in localhost:8767 for the server address, assuming you did not change your UDP port number.

No, my server computer can connect to itself fine, its another computer on the same LAN that can't connect. (I changed the port to 1248)

If they are on the same LAN as your server then they need to use the internal IP, if thats what its called anyways, should start with 192.168.X.X when you right click the server icon and look at your IP's. Hope that fixes it :)

I used an internal IP address... I built a Linux server behind a router, so I know the basics... I'm sure my problem is a little more complex than just that....:(
