RELOADING TS after power shut down

i had a power shut down ,now i cant connect to my own server ive tried to uninstall and reload 3 times ,nothing works
only way i can connect is on basic ip not through the cable modem
cable has been checked ,new cable moden router combo all works fine but i cant get on my server,others are fine
Ive tried all i know to do .... any ideas

nat redirect filter.
On you have to use the lan ip.
Off you can use the external ip.
