downloadable server

i downloaded the server you can download from the site and i can get on it but my buddys cant do i have to open ports or somthing please help:confused:

at least port 8767 UDP has to be forwarded to your lan ip

to what address are you connecting ??
what address using yours friends ??

Start > Run (or Win+R) > ipconfig /all
and tell me what IPs you have there

are you connected to internet ? router or how ?
(you can bet 127.0.0.1 will not work for urs friends)

it wont let me pull up the ipconfig i flashes and then goes away and i am using the ips the serer is telling me when you right click on the server icon and one of the things is what are my ips and it tells me them and i put the one in and it lets me on but it doesnt let anyone else on when the type in the same ip
