Ubuntu 7.10 TS Server HELP! PLZ

Yes first off my names Daniel And I Bought A Ubuntu 7.10 Dedicated Server For My Team Speak Hosting Bussiness. And The Thaing Is, That I Know Nothing About Linux Operating Systems, Like i dont hardly know any of the commands. my dedicated box has 5 ips ***.***.****.213, ***.***.****.214, ***.***.****.215, ***.***.****.216, ***.***.****.217
and im trying to use one ip address , ***.***.****.215 and ***.***.****.213 is the main ip but the problume is i dont know how to edit the ini file some step - by - step commands would be gratly apreshated, PS SORRY ABOTU SPELLING....

I myself use Ubuntu 6.0.6 and if you could get your provider to support it i would use it i love 6.0.6...
ps. DO NOT use Firestarter as your firewall or Guarddog use Shorewall
both FS and GD if you tell it to open port 8767 udp it will also open 8767 tcp check it out "sudo iptables -L"
