teamspeak 2 server problem

when i get in my server i can talk but anyone else that gets in can't talk unless i give them voice permision what do i do to fix this so they can talk as soon as they come in

Edit channel en remove that mark before "moderated"

thanks man and do you or anyone know how i can get my wan ip address to stop changing so i dont keep haveing new information for my ip

Ask your provider if they can do that..

or use a dynamic DNS
