Voice and auto voice

ok so heres a noob question. i have my server set up, and every thing works fine....Except, when ppl logon i have to grant them permission to talk. How do i set it so they can talk as soon as they join. It gets annoying to have to alt+tab out of my game in the middle of a raid or something so i can let every speak. :confused:

make sure the channels you create are all non-moderated. also make it in the admin panle, so reg users can access voice, and any other ranks
