TS Mic problems

I can't get my mic to work, I checked and it is not muted but nobody can hear me. I have PTT selected and the light next to my name comes on when I try to talk, but nothing. Also, I'm having a hard time getting the game sounds thru the cpu speakers and ts only thru the headset.

I'm using a Logitech headset with mic and Vista. Thanks.
