Server hacked!!

Hello, we are renting a server from Futurahosters.com, since yesterday our teamspeak server 52 slots has been hacked by some other ppl..

how is this possible and what can we do to get it back.

i tried to log in a admin..but it says username unknown.

if anyone can help!!

they put a server pass on it so we cant get in anyway..

plz help us out.

contact your hoster on this..
Also be sure to use GOOD passwords... Not a word orso that can be guessed..

Also be sure your hoster is using the latest avaible teamspeak 2 server version (currently 2.0.24.1) to minimize the risk of the servers invulnerability and increase the security.
