Atacks - Hackers(Hack)

Olá I possess a friend, who is SSA (Super Admin) of a door of the Teamspeak. However it recently walks taking attacks of a person, probably with a program of hack of the Teamspeak. The citizen creates diverse rooms in some seconds with names of the type:

Lixos1
Lixos2
Lixos3
HackTeamV21
HackTeamV22
HackTeamV23
…
…

The name certain I do ot know, but he is around the words above. It would like to know what it would be possible to make to finish with this? E if exists some program for Hackear the TS, in virtue of it people to know to defend itself. It excludes accounts of (RSA) and all more.

Update the server software and client. Then make sure that there are not extra admins and that all of them change their password. Also check the permissions for creating channels.
