Teamspeak problem

Hi, I have a mac and I have this reoccuring problem. On teamspeak, the "mute sound" button is on, and i click it to turn it off, but it does nothing. I can't hear anything or say anything. I know that my microphone and speakers are working, so I can't understand why i cant unclick this button. Can anyone help?

You say something about your speakers. Maybe people on the ts channel are getting a echoing feedback of their own voice from you and have decided to mute you. I have one person where I play that has this problem and it gets annoying. It's like talking to yourself because he's hard of hearing. If this isn't it, I'm not sure how to fix it.
