Teamspeak Server Problems

Hi,
I have been running my TS Server for about a month now with no problems. I just recently got my ISP to give me a static IP addy and now my TS Server is not working. I goto the Admin page and it shows that the server is running but no bytes are being transfered. Can someone please help me with this problem.

Have you restarted the pc?
What ips is TS recognizing?
What are the actual ips?

Please describe your network configuration a bit clearer.
You said you got the admin page - what the address you were used to get to it?
