How do I set Users right (voice...)

Hello, I installed TS2, created my channels, added the members I can get access to my server, but can't give the ppl I added voice or channel operator right. How can I give them those access?
I saw a picture on your website that shows list of user and their access, but can't find a way to get to that place with my TS2.

Make channel moderated to be able to give them voice rights.

Right click on channel, then edit channel and mark "moderated"

Voice and Op is not necessary if you want people to be able to talk all the time.

Won't they be able to talk all the time if there is op and voice?

if you make the channel moderated they have to be given the right to talk.. If the channel is as is, then they can talk automaticly.
