TDSound.In Error

I open Teamspeak Client and before it opens i get this message

It then opens and i Connect to a server and my microphone is muted it won't let me unmute my microphone so i cant talk but i can hear :(

Any help is greatly appreicated ~ It was working yesturday but not this morning :\

Switch from wave to direct. TS>settings>options.

I read and tried the above solution but it just keeps giving me the same error message again...any suggestions?
