External Ip Change Kills Me

Today I was on Teamspeak talking to friends when I wanted to turn on my TS because ppl were getitng crazy so i did then out of nowhere. My ts shuts down i go to the server and press update IPs and it changeds my External IP so im liek okay restart the comp so i do and when i try to connect to somebodys Server that isnt paid for that they host alone it saids ERROR OFFLINE meanwhile 20 other people are on. and when i try to connect to a paid server it works perfectly

Ok Ill write it again,

Yesterday I was on Teamspeak Client. I was chatting with my Friends. In the Teamspeak I was In there was so many people that kept logging in and out and having SA powers and kicking up during gameplay so I remember I have my own TS that Im hosting by Myself. I launched the Teamspeak Server and when I tried to connect it gave me that ERRROR SERVER OFFLINE. So I Right clicked onto the Server and went to Your IPs and it gave me the 2 IPs liek usual but my External IP was different. So I pressed Update IPs and It changed again. Now when I tried to connect to that IP it wouldnt let me. So I Unistalled it from the Computer for the TS Server and Client. Restarted My Computer and Installed only the Client back. Now when i tried to connect to somebodys Teamspeak in which they are hosting and not paying for It wouldn't let me but when I try to connect to a Paid Teamspeak It lets me. I need Help

Have you forwarded your ports? If you have, then use a Dynamic Name Server, that's what I use.
