ok, im trying to join a teamspeak server, a few of my friends are in there so i know its online, i can connect to other servers fine so nothing is blocking my connection to servers, i just try to join this certain one and it doesn't work, i have tried quick connect and normal connect with several different options, nothing works. i asked someone to make me an account on the server, tried logging in with that, still doesnt work. someone help?
please don't reply with useless threads like its my router or firewall because as i have explained i can connect to servers fine, just not this one.

It seems that either the server-machine or your computer blocks the connection. If it's a server-side problem is you can't do anything about it, most likely your IP-range is blocked (iptables as example, not a TS-Ban). What you can do is to check your firewall settings, perhaps you have blocked the server's IP(-range).

i have tried it without my firewall up and with it up..
but if i put it back up how would i check if ip range is blocked? im using trend micro internet security

Try to use "Allow All", if your firewall has such a mode, then we know if your firewall is the source of the problem. Closing the firewall won't help always as it possibly quits only the control-panel but lets the service running.

ok, i have allowed teamspeak and tried again still don't work. from what i can see, there is no 'allow all'
