Obviously youre not worth the self proclaimed title of the TS hoster...
No this is not possible.

You must have been confused with Skype, or the guy telling you..

it IS possible to contact a teamspeakserver via telephone!

currently, only german servers are supported. just take a look at the website of phonecaster.de (http://www.phonecaster.de/chat/tsserver.html)

if you set the country to germany, your server will be available, too. but perhaps it will get really expensive for you to call a german telephone number.....

it is very useful, if you've got a telephone flatrate, especially for your mobile phone. then you're able to talk to your clanmates for example from every place you want ;)

It is surely possible without any special services, if you just want a hop-in to your clan server while you are traveling.
All what you need - voice modem and good soundcard with appropriate jack to connect directly to modem internal connector. More advanced modems has it's own driver capable of sending and receiving voice, but managing a phonecall would be a problem then. Much easier to set up modem once and let it just transfer the audio streams to and from audiocard.
