Greetings,
I have a new install of TeamSpeak on windows XP and a new USB headset. I can use sound recorder to record and playback from the headset. I can use an internet phone company (yahoo) to make an internet call, so I believe the hardware is working. I can also hear the "join" and "left" messages from the teakspeak client.
I cannot hear voices in the public servers listed under "getting started", nor can I record from the teamspeak client "recording" menu. I have tried the various devices listed under "settings" with no change. I can actually record from the SoundRecorder with the client running, so it must me something about the client not connecting up with my headset (but I can hear the announcements, which are probably fed through windows).
At this point I cannot see what else to try.
thanx
