Halo closes when Teamspeak is open

Whenever I have Teamspeak open, I cannot play Halo.
It closes and only gives me the message, gathering exception data and then asks me if I want to send info to Microsoft.
I have seen same problem with others on here, but have not seen a resolution.

Sorry. Win XP, SP 2, 80 gig hard drive, 2 GHz, 448 mb ram, NVIDIA NForce sound card.
Halo causes an unknown fault in kernal 0x0.

I meant the top link of the window that pops ups, asking if you want to send MS data. It gives you the app name, version, mod, etc.
