Question about TS3 server resource usage

I am not asking for a list of system requirements.

Instead I would just like a vague idea on whether or not we hosts should start planning to increase available resources (like memory, as an example) on our servers in order to host TS3 servers, or if the TS3 servers perform at a level similar to the existing TS2 servers.

If your system does not run under 80% CPU load from TS server all the time now, it will not be an issue for TS3 either.
As far as I know, server itself only retranslate audio streams, without reencoding.
