Problems with Steam

When I use TS and play any steam game (mainly tf2) my TS comes in and out fine, however my in game voice (not TS) it sounds like ass and no one can here me.

Help me please!

Thats usual for ingame voice to be bad.. But this is a TS forum, not a steam forum ;)

I have TF2 myself also, and was never really fond of the ingame voice function.. Its bad, slow and poor quality..
