Really stuck

I am Part of a small clan and we have a TS server i can hear all but one member, the weird thing is everyone else can hear him, i have fiddled with just about every option.

Any ideas on how to solve this

Do you have him muted? Is he using whisper?

Check if his icon looks normal. Ask if he is using whisper.
