You have to add the bluetooth device first to your computer. Then it will show up in TS.

is there a program u can download to act as one of these bluetooth adapters?
You let me know when computers just start emitting signals to communicate with other devices with no wireless adapters.
You can a network card/adapter of some sort to communicate with the internet. You might have wireless receiver to be able to communicate with with the internet without having to be connected to your router/modem.
Your TV has a IR receiver to be able to pick up what the remote transmits to it.
It is called an adapter for a reason.
The bluetooth receivers are cheaper than almost all of the bluetooth devices that you can buy. Buy one, bluetooth devices will not be able to communicate with your computer without it.
But if you want the software this is it. Works with just about all bluetooth devices and you are pretty much installing this software just with it branded with the manufactor you bought the receiver from.

looking at all this, follow a basic computer course..
What were you thinking anyway? That it would auto do it itself? A PC is nothing more then a upgraded input / output device..
