Noob needs help

ok i'm a complete Noob when it comes to all forms of Unix and Linux,I have Teamspeak2 rc2 running on a rented FreeBSD4.5 server I have uploaded the Webpost2 into a directory, Now I have no clue what do to with it so if someone could give me step by step instructions. I would be very Thankful
