Voice sounds like it is being altered

Other people both on the local network and external over the internet connect to the ts server and sound fine. But when i connect,(i'm local to where the server sits) everyone says my voice sounds like it is going through a voice changer (it sounds super low and slowed down). I tried changing codecs but that doesn't seem to do anything. I know my mic and stuff are fine when i connect to other guilds vent servers and i sound fine. Any ideas how to fix my voice on ts?

Teamspeak doesn't have anything like that built in.
