Integrate iTunes into Teamspeak

Hello all,

I have a spare computer in which I run a teamspeak client to stream songs over teamspeak from iTunes. I was wondering if there was a plugin or program or script that would allow to change the channel description everytime a new song changes in iTunes? I was thinking it could use the iTunes API or something to post it onto the channel description. This would be a very nifty feature to have, like a Now Playing feature.

Dunno if it's possible with iTunes, since it's owned by Apple, they probably wouldnt release a code of some sort to display the song names. Maybe if you used SHOUTcast, it could update it via the SHOUTcast server...

I'm sure it can be done. It is done in the Ventrilo 3 and also Xfire Plus Music Plugin. Just don't know where to start for coding a program like this.
