Help Pls (2x Echo Problem)

When I am talking to Teamspeak Channel, my co-members in our guild keep complaining that I am repeating sentences (repetition or echo)

I tried reading the manual and FAQ but there are no related topics about echoing.

Please help so that my instructions will be forwarded to the team in a clear manner.
