Pc shuting down

Has any one had a problume with there pc shuting down when you click on the short cut to teamspeak i never had this prob before..And was wondering if there is a fix for it.....Have trid unstalling and then restalling it but end up with the same issue...:mad::mad:

try updating your sounddriver and use the newest directX

Everything is up to date..Wondering if it's a bad file that got into it..It's been fine for two yrs..Then all of a sudden now when i and try to use it..My pc shut's down...

I was having the same problem, then I found a blurb at the bottom of one of the help pages, it stated that (timeouts) are most likely caused by using wireless connections. It also stated that the user should try to use the DEBUG mode under settings and Options. I did this and my laptop does not timeout after 30 min., but I am now getting this error mesg.

access violation at address 004A39CA in module 'TeamSpeak.exe'. Read of address 20746EC1.

I am still searching for the cure and will post here if I am able to fix.
