I had my server hacked by the right click press e trick the other day and fell for that trick i am wanting to know when i did it it gave him server admin he took mine away and deleted EVERYTHING in my server including my accounts and then banned me i can get it back but its the point that he did it

my question to you all is

is it illegal what he did in any way?
