I know this question has been asked countless of times. But I also read countless of threads about the same problem I have. In fact these were threads on this site so thats why I registrated.
Its about the following error.
[16:27:52] No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it
(Forget the local time:D)
I Already readed the FAQ http://www.teamspeak.com/index.php?page=faq
And performed the common solutions like setting "Log options" to debug and whatever the FAQ told me about. So the FAQ isnt really going to help me alot. In fact im quite dissapointed on the few solutions stated there on the "No reply from server" error. Also im not quite sure if this is a problem on my side.
My router doesnt have a firewall so every port is port forwarded. And I even disabled any virusscanners and firewalls. I even tried A clean boot from windows.
Strange thing is that from the 100servers I tried to join in COD4 there was only 1 so far I coud join. Saidly It was password protected. When you go to Call of duty 4 lobby you can see if a server has teamspeak by the speaker icon with a "X" checked. I tried all of them and it's just like the server has no teamspeak.
On the other hand, it still might be a problem on my side. I just dont have a clue what it coud be.
Furthermore my headset works fine and my mic to.
Can someone please help me. I would really like to use Teamspeak in COD4 or any other game
FINAL NOTE:I am new to teamspeak. However Ive readed countless of FAQ's and tutorials. So I should have a basic understanding on how it works. I dont have any other games around I coud try teamspeak with.
