can not connect to ts severs

i cant not connect 2 my friends clan ts im put in the ip and its correct but the problem is

[01:49:50] Connecting to 00.0.00.00:0000 i replaced the ip #
i can provide of needed

[01:49:54] No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe team speak is not running on it

that is the error i get i know the info is right
and and i know people are on it at the time i am trying to connect and it works fine for them
just it would not let me connect i just removed ts and removed all of files and reinstalled it and still nothing its fully pached as of oct 11 08
and there where no bugs in the install

i have tryed both qucik connect and reg connect and still nothing

i whent into the tsclient and here is what it was in it from when i tryed 2 conect 2 the ts sever

im running teamspeak 2, 64 bit xp pro sp2, and augry sound blaster,

thx for the tip and i tryed it and i took a sreenshot i dont know a lot about how 2 use programs like comand promt and stuff like that

You have a little problem for a established connection to this server.
Try it again whit a proxyserver (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proxyserver)
