TS2 - trying to create more than one channel , doesnt work

hi i am the owner and admin of my teamspeak server run through trinity games .

when i login i do not have the SA tag next to my name and everytime i create more than one channel the second desired channel simply replaces the first .Also i do not have the option to register myself with the server .

i have no idea what to do , ive used TS2 alot as a client but never as an admin , thanks .

so what i think i need to know is , how do i make myself SA and then will the multiple channels work then ?

Please use the forum search before starting a new thread.
This question has already been asked a few times in this forum.

You need to create a channel as "registered". Otherwise the channel (an unregistered one) will disappear, when the last player in this channel leaves it.


Also i do not have the option to register myself with the server .
On first startup of the server, a first admin account was created.
The data can be found in the server.log.
